National Brewery Centre wedding venue.

Sometimes a wedding video comes along that you cannot describe in a few words.

Kelly and Chris’s wedding at the National Brewery Centre in Burton-upon-Trent almost defies explanation.

Heartwarming. Joyful. In fact every inch of joy was extracted, every celebratory feeling and emotion was squeezed out. My week of editing this special film left me with a life affirming feeling; I cried, I howled with laughter along the way, and Kelly and Chris’s families and friends all looked like they had the time of their lives. Not only was there the central love story between these two wonderful actors Kelly and Christopher Smart, which had clearly developed over years of performing, working and living together, but the secondary love story between Kelly and her maid of honour, Miss Alex Rivers, was so wonderful to see, her speech being the speech of all speeches, and her loving and supportive presence was felt throughout the day.

All I can say to Kelly and Chris is congratulations for finally having the wedding (well, anniversary party) of your dreams following your COVID postponement, and thank you. This wedding film will be what I watch whenever I am feeling low and need a boost. This is what weddings are all about. Thank you so much for choosing us to film your wedding.
