It’s fair to say that Laura and Sam’s tipi wedding at Whatton House in Loughborough, had everything. Not only was it a gorgeous summer’s day in Leicestershire with an outdoor ceremony and personal vows, but just as the proceedings were about to begin, Sam realised he had left the rings in Nottingham! With no time to return to get them, a couple of placeholder rings found, the wedding took place and thankfully they were both able to laugh about it later on in the day!
The Tipis at Whatton House wedding venue is one of those blank canvas wedding venues where you can really make it your own, and the gardens and grounds are stunning! It is an absolutely ideal location for couples portraits, and myself and the lovely Scott, from Loughborough wedding photographer Cooper’s Dimension, had a great time getting those all important shots. I love all those relaxed moments in between the formal photos and it was great to see these two enjoying a few minutes together on what is always a really busy day for the couple.
